Tennessee +8.5...This team has played much better on the road all year for some odd reason. They won at LSU and hung around with Bama until the very end losing 6-3. I know the loss of Riggs hurts their already struglling O, but I love this defense. It is definetley the best D Notre Dame will face all year. that front 7 should have its way with the Irish. I want to know why everyone gives ND so much credit??? Just because they hung around with USC after a bye week??? They still lost and have beat absolutley nobody this year. Their best win has come against underachieving 3 loss Michigan who gave them that game with turnovers. I believe none of their wins have come against the current top 30. Could be wrong about that, but regardless they have zero impressive wins. If Michigan State can beat them at home, Tennessee can certainly hang around. I also like the fact that Notre Dame has been playing the mediocre at best Big 10 all year while Tennessee has been playing the very strong SEC. This is the time of year where a strong schedule starts to payoff. Plus, did I mention how dominant Tennessee has been in November under Fulmer?? Crazy. They keep this one close, and I wouldnt be surprised if they pull the upset

Miami +7...bought this one up from 6.5. 7 is way too important of a number in this spot. I love Miami here for two reasons...their D and Moss. Their speed at D should be able to neutralize Vick's speed without having to completley rescheme their entire D. They have speed at every single position. I think that secondary (best in the nation IMO) will capitalize on the couple of fundamentally unsound passes Vick throws up a game. There is very little margin of error for throwing with Brandon Merriweather (Ed Reed type of player) roaming around. That kid is a ball hawk, and will jump all over the passes Vick floats by throwing off his back foot or not getting his feet set. Dont get me wrong...Vick is a solid QB that should be in the Heisman race. its just I think he has gotten away with some terrible throws this year, and a D like Miami's wont let him get away with it. I also like Miami to move the ball on this small V Tech D line who is known for their speed and pass rush. Moss looked stellar last week and I think he will be effective enough to sustain a couple of long drives in this game. This will come down to the two best d's in the nation in almsot every major statistical catergory. Basically, first two 17 wins. A special teams play may win it. Look out for Hester returning punts for the U. He can fly. I just think 7 points is way too many in what should be a dog fight Saturday night in Blacksburg. And dont forget how money the Canes have been as dogs in the last 5 years. I think they won all 5 games SU as dogs

Texas Tech -16.5 ...Damn, I rellay thought that Vegas was going to undervalue this line at somehwere around 9 or 10. They are pretty close to the number I got (19). There is just no way this atrocious secondary can hang with this explosive Offense. Hodges might throw for 450 and Henderson (leads the Big 12 in all purpose yards I believe) should go off. Too much speed here. Plus, Tech's dickhead of a coach loves to run up the score especially at home. Their will be not holding back. Simply a mismacth here. Expect a similar score to the game last year at tech...59-28

Florida -19...Ive been waiting on this team until the end of the year. I had a feeling it would take a while for Meyers system to get on track. it is very hard to implement a completley new system when you have an experienced QB like Leak who has been playing for a long time in a completley different offense. It was like learning all over again and that is why you saw that slump. It looked like he broke out of it last week at Georgia with those first two possesions. That should give him confidence for the rest of the year. Plus, Florida hasnt been having problems against the softer defensive teams int he SEC. Its the Georgia's and Bama's that were shutting them down. This team puts up 50 this week, and their will be no letting up in Gainesville this weekend

Penn State -10 ....At first, I was leaning towards Wisco in this game, but Ive completley flipped. Wisco's defesne is terrible, and I mean brutal. Robinson should be able to do whatever he wants all day long. And, the strength of this teams offense is Calhoun and their running game, but I think PSU can competley take Calhoun out of hid game with their outstanding linebacker play. Poslusnsky and Connor can get from sideline to sideline better than any linebacking core in the country. Therefore, I think Wisco will be forced to pass, and I think that leads to disaster in Happy Valley.
