Oh come on, that's ridiculous. We all know this is a board, and any questions asked are answered with opinions or experience. Besides, the front page says we are not responsible. :)
I think I'd feel weird signing FitnessBrat after every post, seeing as that isn't my real name (in case you weren't sure) :P
Hey, we all know that hot coffee is hot too but that doesn't stop people from suing when they spill it on themselves.
As for your name, I thought it was...
Fit Ness Brat, just all put together! :P
Thank you. I find that hard to believe, but I have an answer now. :) Is that so you can say it wasn't really you chatting?
No, but it doesn't matter. Role playing is a very common activity on the internet and isn't illegal. I could log on somewhere and claim to be a 7 ft tall, 400 lb swedish wrestler who shoots 10 grams of test a week; the fact I claim it and talk about it as if it were true does not MAKE it true and, therefore, such conversation wouldn't be valid to use against me in a court of law.
In this age of the Patriot Act, internet and email conversations are increasingly used against people in court to support whatever charges are being brought. For instance, let's say I was arrested in a controlled delivery of AAS (wrong address obviously!). They confiscate my computer, find my log in name and do some searches on the boards for posts that spidey has made concerning AAS use and possesion. They would attempt to use these conversations in court as de facto confessions to illegal drug use. Even without any disclaimers, I would think a decent lawyer could get that "evidence" suppressed due to it's inherent unreliability. However, a disclaimer certainly makes it easier.
