thats something i was telling my mom about. I told her about how much those things cost. She was like damn, thats alot. Those things keep on coming out better and better as in view and graphics and all, more realistic. Im amazed how long of a way we've come from the regualr atari, nintendos, sega. This shit looks cool and all but to me it alot of money. So much advanced going on.

Great idea to buy a bunch and then scalp on Ebay. Lots of parents won't be able to wait until January...they'll have to have it before Christmas. Remember how much Tickle Me Elmos were going for that one year? No parent wants to disappoint their kid on Christmas...that's a very strong emotion that can be exploited for bigtime $$$.

I think the tickle me elmo scalpers are worse than the xbox scalpers. There are already game systems out there, which I'm sure most kids have some system already. Also the age of kids the Elmo's were for are alot younger and wouldn't understand at all why they didn't get one and there friend did.

I have no problem with an open market system...scalping is ok by me. Simple supply and demand.

I don't have a problem with it, that side just sadens me a bit. Although on the other hand if I had the opportunity to sell something for that much to get my son what he really wanted, I would do it in a second.

:hmmm: In USA Today, it said "they [Microsoft] expect to replenish stores week by week"
