  • Anyone read into dreams?

    What does it mean that in the few weeks I have had a dream of eating doughnuts 3-4 times. I actually wake up and am craving doughnuts. :thumbsdow

            dreams can be what you are thinking of or they can be a result of your brain "processing" information of the day. so you basically can't tell which is which with any accuracy. but I always love my dreams (except the ones where I go to jail, lol).

                lol, it's actually always doughnuts filled with icing, jelly, or custard. Those are the ones I like when I do get a doughnut. It's not that big of a deal, I just thought it was odd. :nerdnew:

                          :hmmm: I know that on days such as Thanksgiving that if I eat a lot of foods that are salty and don't eat any deserts or sweets that I usually dream of sweets. Not sure why but I figured it was just that my body had too much sodium intake and was craving something sweet to counter-act the salt.
