I don't know if it's because he was showing stuff to the camera, but it looks like he could do a little better on his form for a few of those exercises. But you can't deny his results.

I notice that alot for the vids of the pro's I see. They don't use full range of motion for some reason. But they do get the results it seems.

The only exercise remotely close to the right form was the squats--but then who am I to tell Ronnie how to do an exercise?! I think his results prove it works for him.

Yea, he always squats and does deads with good form, but everything else is usually not as much. I don't know if the limited range of motion helps keep tension on the muscles more. But if it ain't broke, then don't fix it. Can't nobody on this earth tell him what he should be doing.

his form is terrible in most lifts, but hey, like other people said, who are we to tell him what to do. Hes an 8x Mr. O. Im surprised he doesnt run into more trouble with injuries. Good genetics i guess.

Either way it looks like it might be good (as long as he doesn't speak - he sounds like a moron).

I have videos from Ronnie, Jay, Ruhl, Alves, and Dorian, and they all seem to sacrifice immaculate form for poundage every now and then. I think good form is moving the heaviest possible weight while fully exhausting the target muscle and minimizing injury potential. The pros seem to know what they're doing. Basically, I have seen a lot worse. And yeah, those results are undeniable and unbelievable.
