bbq sause question

It should be fine. There is enough sodium in the sauce to preserve it. Just put it inthe fridge when you're done this time.

i took it to work with me, and forgot it in the truck when i got home. thought i had left it at work, then later found it in the truck= how i forgot to put it away for a week.

I never put BBQ sauce in the fridge. I buy the 10lb kind from sams club and keep it in the pantry. That shit never goes bad.
