Yea Juggernaut is in it, it is Bullet Tooth Tony, from Snatch. He also played Sphinx in Gone in 60 Seconds. That is freaking awsome that he is in it. This movie looks badass

As far as I know Angel isn't in X-men 3. Did you mean Phoenix? Because at the end of X-Men 2 Jean Grey dies and in X-men 3 she comes back as Phoenix.

Isn't the Phenonix the X-Man with the insane powers?

I kind of remember, for an OLRPG that I used to play, that the Phenonix was not allowed because of the power of that character.
