This company is such a pain in the ass. I would suggest that you never do business with them. The first time I tried to order earlier this year It was a month before I even found out that the flashlights were on back order and that's because I called. I ended up cancelling my order. I ordered some again the third week of september and called each week to get an update. They kept telling me it would be here before the 14th. That's when I needed them to send with my wife to Poland. They were going to be a christmas present. Oh and it's a pain in the ass to call, because there customer service is out-sourced, somewhere in the middle east. So it's hard to find someone who you can understand, can understand you or both. Anyways I called to cancel my order mon (Dec. 5th) because I wasn't going to risk it barely being here on time. They told me that part of it could go out tomorrow and the rest the next week. I said no I needed it all sooner and just to cancel it. They said ok the order is cancelled. I then got a charge on wedsnday. I called to find out what the hell was going on. They told me that they had a cancellation for some binoculars but the flashlight had already been sent out. I was like WTF, I didn't order any binoculars so someone is added shit without my approval. Well the binoculars is free with part of my purchase and I just had to pay S&H. Well we went back and forth the best I could and finally it got to the point where when I recieve the package, I will return to sender, and they should credit my account back.
