Bumps on my shoulder???

I have a bump on my right shoulder, So I went to the DR and he said it's probably just a fat deposit and not to worry about it. SO I was like ok.

That was yesterday. So today i did my chest workout, went to work and when I got home I felt my shoulder and I have another bump. Anyone know about this stuff? it is a bump that is almost like an injection site bump, kinda weird.

are they semi painful if you poke them? I have a couple of bumps on my ribs and the doctor told me the same thing, but they are kinda painful if I poke them.

i have those on my shoulders too, front head of my delt it's like a calcium deposit.
