I figured out what it is. In her video "So Yesterday" she definatly dosn't look like she just turned 16 maybe more 18 or 19. But anyways, this girl that I have started dating and have liked for a long time looks very simalar to her. Now that I've seen the video recently it makes me think about my "friend" and then I can't wait till I get to see her again.
