(KVVU) -- Arrest warrants have been issued for three suspects in the case of a body found in the trunk of a burning car last week.
Authorities say a trucker traveling on State Route 160 (Blue Diamond Road) from Pahrump to Las Vegas around 5 a.m. on December 14, 2005 spotted a fire in the desert. When firefighters extinguished the blaze, they discovered human remains in the trunk of the car.
Investigation into the homicide resulted in arrest warrants being issued for Craig Titus, charging him with murder and third degree arson, and Kelly Ryan, charging her with accessory to murder and third degree arson.
A third suspect has been identified as 23 year old Anthony Gross. Gross is in custody and has been booked into the Clark County Detention Center on charges of accessory to murder and third degree arson.
Craig Titus and Kelly Ryan are husband and wife and were living in the southwest area of Las Vegas. Both are successful body builders and hold numerous titles in the body building and fitness industry.
At this time it is unclear where the two suspects may have fled.
The victim, whose name has not been released, is believed to be a twenty-eight year-old female who was living with the suspects. Her identity has to be confirmed by DNA before her name can be released.

Suprised this hasn't been on news around the nation yet....at least I haven't seen it on the big channels yet. I know titus use to be involved with a lot more than just bodybuilding (rec. drugs and what not) don't know if that has anything to do with this situation though.
Messed up thing is that something like this would overshadow bodybuilding and give the american public an even more sour taste in their mouths for the sport when in reality some pros are the nicest people I've ever met.Comment

Here is the bad part folkes. The car they found the body in was a red jag. Everyone in the bodybuilding world in vegas knows Titus and ryan have a red jag. Titus is also on Camera buying lighter fluid at a gas station. It is all over for him and kelly.Comment

If you want my guess as to what happened. I would guess that him and kelly were swinging with this girl. (Graig and kelly are heavy swingers). Graig or kelly might have been strangling this girl during some type of rough sex and she lost oxygen to her brain. Graig and kelly freaked out and didnt know what to do so they came up with the car burning.
My second guess would be that she OD'd and died and craig and kelly freaked out and came up with the car burning.
I doubt very much that Graig or Kelly commited this murder on purpose. 2 very well known people dont wake up one day and decided to kill someone.Comment

damn... and i met both kelly and craig just last year... good thing i wasn't swinging with them... (okay, i know, bad joke). didn't titus spend some time in jail before? they were notorious for some of their aftershow parties, god knows what they got mixed up into. but i think you guys are right, once this blows up it's going to paint a negative image onto any dedicated bodybuilder in the eyes of public.
and seriously, do you have to be so stupid to get caught on camera buying that shit, and burning the body in a car that EVERYONE knows is yours?Comment

God help us if convicted, the media is going to have a field day on this one... I guess warrants were out for titus kelly and a third person anthony gross, I'm not familiar with the latter but apparently he (anthony) is in custody now and craig and kelly are spending christmas weekend on the run.Comment

yeah, and they aren't going to be exactly hard to pick out of a line-up...
I keep thinking about that movie, i think it's called "very bad things' or something to that effect, about a bachelor party, with an accidental death being covered up and all the after effects. i'm hoping it's something similar. regardless, their careers are over.Comment
