  • Pecs keep knotting up!!!

    Hey guys what should I do....
    I trained chest this morning and had a great pump but now hours later it keeps knotting up when ever I flex my pecs. Do I need to drink more water or streach it out? Thanks in advance, RedMeat.

    Sounds like cramps to me--keep drinking a ton of water and maybe take some potassium.

      yea i was gonna say cramps too, i get like that later in the day if i train early sometimes, drinking extra water does seem to help me

        Now you know what it's like to have sore boobs with PMS! ;)

        Calcium/mag, and potassium supps may be helpful along with good water intake and stretching prior to and post workout.
