I just heard on the radio news some guy was convicted in Vermont of repeatedly raping a 7 yr old girl over 4 years and his sentence?......


60 DAYS IN JAIL!!

The judge stated that he no longer believed in punishment and thought rehabilitation should be the goal rather than harsh sentences for criminals.

I am just fucking speechless...

The man should have his dick fed into a meat grinder (and the rapist should too).

Is there any recourse for impeaching judges in Vermont? If not, someone needs to shoot this motherfucker before he sets more child predators loose on the public.

Yeah, I've seen this shit on o'reilly factor... there is no minimum punishment for sex offenders in Vermont. You should have seen the interview he had with on of the newspaper publishers... made me fucking sick the excuses he was coming up with for not having a minimum punishment. O'reilly was busting the hell out of all the judges up there for it.

you know the most digusting part of it is the fact that the judges/lawmakers are morons. it's been proven time, and time again - rehab does not work with sex offenders. they must be kept under close watch at all times - if not, the vast majority will become repeat offenders...

What do you think his sentence would have been if he was selling steroids to that 7 year old girl? Kind of interesting to think about; although, if he was I would personally kill him because he would make all the "scare" stories they tell on the "hill" true.

So sad.. I just don't really even have words for some of the injustaces done by people in this world. People spend years in jail for having a joint, but this asshole does not even get 2 months.

Its all politics folks; the media is all over some shit and not others; that's where the judges/cops/etc focus their attention.

If the relatives of this poor child don't cut his fucking throat after 60 days I'd be suprised. What a sick world we live in.


All I can do is shake my head to think that for something of that nature he gets 60 days when there are laws for much much much less severe crimes that get much much much more time in jail....
