Not sure if some of you guys get this befire it appears on bravo in the UK but I've been watching the series and last night was the fight between Rashem and Mike (one of Mat Hays Camp).

Yea bro Ultimate Fighting is awesome I have all the episodes recorded so I wont spoil the outcomes of any of the matches. Rasheed is a good fighter but very cocky and likes to showboat. Matt Hughs is an amazing fighter try and see if you can download some of his fights.

Ultimate Fight Night 3 is on tonight. Its the 3rd installment of the LIVE event on free tv. The UFC is gonna make some huge announcement during the show, and im hearing rumors that they are gonna announce Royce Gracie returning to the UFC to fight Matt Hughes! The only thing that sucks is its gonna be on at like 10pm so its really only live for people on the east coast and a 3 hour delay for west coast.
