Windows setting?

How do I set it so that evertime I open a new browser screen it opens all the way and not a reduced window?

What browser are you using? What version of Windows?

I think if you just manually resize the window by moving the cursor to the corners and top/bottom of page. It should remain whatever size you make it.

On my computer all I have to do is open the new window, if it is reduced...expand it, then close it. Then when I start opening new windows, they are all expanded. Hope that helps.

Well it's more like say when someone posts a link and I click on it it opens it as a reduced window. Nothing major, just something I would like to change if I can.
