    I changed my squat routine from 3x8 to 1x20...I managed 1x20 @ 115 lbs, hardest minute of my life. Then as I was walking to get a drink I got really really tired and just kind of lay down by the gym wall. I was out for a minute or so, I woke up when a guy was shaking me. lol.

    ive tried those before man. I did them here at home cause i got a squat rack. I was using 225 for 20 reps. By the 15th my legs were killing me. The 20th one, i rack the weight and fell to the floor for a few minutes.

      I never passed out before working out...but got pretty woozy after doing a 27 rep set of heavy (for me...945lbs) leg presses a few years back.

        How was your breathing? I usually only get that way if I don't breathe properly, and doing legs, it's easy to get distracted and not do the simplest things like breathing correctly.

          I came close to passing out after a good set of deadlifts this afternoon. I was breathing like I should have been - I think it was just the extra reps I kept telling myself I had to do...
