    Like stone i had this over the christmas holiday too... I used Zicam flu and cold.. seemed to help... the best thing is the advil every four hours... It keeps the aches way down... Hope you get feeling better bro

      Had the same shit a few weeks ago. I'm sure the leg training didnt help in runing down your imune system. Feel better bro!

          i got the vacine a few times and i think it helps prevent the flu. its difficult to get it.

            Bouncer...if you haven't had your flu shot, you should get ahold of some Tamiflu...it helped get rid of my flu much quicker than it would have taken normally. If you did get a flu shot this year, that won't be necessary, since it will pass quickly anyways.

              Bouncer...more than likely it is something viral that you picked up and it will have to run it's course. My son has had the same shit for just about a week and is just now getting over it. My fiance caught it and started barfing and pooping last night...Threw up in the clothes hamper where my dirty gym clothes were, while she was pooping.

              BEST THING TO DO IS STAY HYDRATED AND EAT WHAT THE DOCTORS CALL THE "BRAT" DIET....
              BANANAS
              RICE
              APPLESAUCE
              TOAST

                  Sorry to come into this late. I've been sick myself and having to work. Argh!

                  If you're still losing it at both ends, just don't eat or drink a thing until vomitting stops for a couple of hrs. At that point drink an ounce of Pedialite or Gatorade per hour...if it stays down for 3 or 4 hrs., then continue on to clear liquids like chicken broth and jello. Next day add in bannanas and white rice, even cream of rice cereal is good. If loose stools are still a problem by the third day stick with clear liquids and the above solids (just add in more solids), if you're holding things in, go for some chicken soup with some veggies or something similar and mild.

                  If you're sick like that for more than 3 days, get to the doc. otherwise, be a girl and just deal with it. ;)
