Hey guys I have been off sick for a while to the point were i couldnt work out or eat anything but soup for about a week, now im trying to get my energy back and my appitite up but just cant do it and its starting to piss me off.. Any suggestions? :hmmm:

I usually find that as soon as I get back into the gym, it gets my appetite back up, which in turn gets my energy levels back up. I would just do whatever it takes to get back in for a good workout, whether it's cardio or lifting--preferably lifting. That gets your metabolism up and keeps it up better than cardio.
Try using caffeine or some energy drink to just get the energy to get into the gym for a kickass workout.
