I saw that earlier this evening and I have to admit I laughed. I really don't get it how professional athletes have to show off so damn much. You're a professional athlete, everyone knows your good so why the fuck do you have to show off.

Really pisses me off in most american sports when they do so much showing off. They're getting paid millions of dollars to play games for the enjoyment of others and they feel the need to talk shit too.....

Don't get me wrong, some end zone celebrations are funny, but when someone slows down at about the 15 yard line and starts holding the ball out, it drives me fucking crazy. My rant for the day :D

I love watching him. He has always been 100% class. I have watched him since he participated in his first Xgames. I knew of him since Tony Hawk ran into him, knocking him out on the skateboard half pipe, when White was like 10.

I don't think it makes much of a difference, medaling or not. She lost the gold because of a stupid hot-dog move...and a silver just isn't a gold. I think it will haunt her.

to that end, who was that individual in the NCAA b-ball final years ago who called time-out when they had none left, thus creating a technical which lost them the game? He actually went out and created his own ministry, and a charity based on it in which his whole idea was to make lemonade from lemons, and raise money for the poor from the fame of his grand mistake, now that I have respect for, it wasn't him showboating early.

i hate to say anything to the effect of "it's not their fault," but on the other hand, if we didn't attribute so much money, fame and attention on this shit, it might not be such an issue.
