God damn we suck. I'm watching are last chance to get into the next round and we are already down 0-2 at near the end of the first. I don't know if this is more pathetic or when our US basketball team can't dominate during the summer olympics. I would have to say the basketball is more pathetic.

Ok, they just said we are playing Finland tomorrow so I guess we backed our way in.

Ok so Khazikstan(sp) beat Latvia today giving them 1 win and 4 loses, Latvia has 0 wins 1 tie and 4 loses. We have 1 win and our tie with latvia at the begining is the difference in our record puting us in the next round over Kaz before playing Russia(currently). So two teams sucked worst then us so we move on :rolleyes:

I disagree, US team is very good, they just aren't producing offensively and I think it's partly because the chemistry isn't there. If they can get better scoring chances and play harder and work for those chances like crashing to the net, they could win big.

ps. the other teams are very good as well. Strangely Canada has the same problem, they are losing to little teams and they have probably the deepest team of them all.

Well we play Finland tomorrow and they dominated there group and are 5-0. So we better get our shit together REAAAL quick.

U.S. loses 4-3 to Finland. We're done. :( I guess I'll root for Canada now since it's still North America.
