that means that you have a very small monitor. Or you just have your screen resolution set very low at 800x600 pixels. My 19 inch LCD screen's native resolution is 1280x1024 pixels. the search box dosent even come close to the superior-research banner for me. there is about a 2 inch gap between the search box and the banner on my monitor. if you have your monitor set at 1024x768(most common) you will have no problem either. again, your monitor is either very small or your resolution is set wrong.
to change resolution in windows XP. click start, control panel, display, settings. from there you can change it.
