Alright guys what would be a good way to increase my hunger for food? I know b-12 is good for that, anything else? Any natural ways?
I haven't really ate much food at all for the last 2 weeks or so, I have been a bit depressed since my girlfriend of nearly 8 years left me (I spent everyday with her for 1/3 of my life), I can't eat and when I do eat, its pure junk food. To sad to cook, nothing has taste, just been driving around and getting fast food. Im training very well though, just can't eat or sleep.
Any suggestions?
