Is there any type of leash made that would make it easier for someone not strong to be able to walk a bigger dog (boxer)?

This is what we got for our boxer after he pulled sana down and she had to get stitches in her chin. Works like a charm. Everytime the dog pulls it pulls the dogs head down. I like it because it doesnt hurt the dog at all.

Thanks so much B, my female boxer pulled my mom down today and with the breaking up with my gf thing and then my mom getting hurt by my dog i was a little upset about it. Thanks again, I'll be heading to petsmart tomorrow to pick one up.
