  • New Orleans Relief Stats? (money)

I'm not sure if I heard this wrong on the news, but I can't find any official stats online. I heard that 22 billion dollars have been sent to New Orleans which had a population of 46,000. That would be almost 500k a person?

I bet any number like that includes cost of clean-up, rebuilding infrastructure, the levies, paying relief workers, etc. And it's probably a lot more cities than just NO. It's clearly not enough yet cause the pics we've seen recently are disheartening.
