he is big but he dosent look so big that it would cause him to die at his age.

Unfortunately, when you combine his heavy weight (keep in mind he was only 5'8") the chances for complications are much greater in anything....He was in ICU following an operation, I think and then had the stroke. So, his body I think was just too overworked.
