I saw a video of it on the factor and it looks as bad as it sounds. It looks that after shooting him the officer just stands there with his gun pointed at the victim and watches him slowly move on the ground in pain.

I saw this awhile back. I can't believe that cop just shot him. I hope they put that f'er in a place where he gets his ass reemed everyday and night!
