I was the same as Bouncer in high school. I got to know one when I lived in Austin. She was a very generous person, but had issues that went very deep. She was a cutter. It seemed that all her and her goth friends had deep set depression problems.

High School is no longer the same today. As you all probably know, there is a psychological condition (I cant recall the exact name) where people through mental repetition actually believe that they have manic/clinical depression and follow through with that lifestyle, when in fact they suffer NO neurological failures.

Now generally being Goth and practicing the occult is merely a trend and a cry for attention from those who suffer low esteem. Everyone has problems, they just seemed to magnify their own.


This of course is just my observation.

I'm not judging you Slayer. I am no one and have not right doing that. I just try to understand people's charaistics that I can't relate with. Espeacially when they are so far from the norm. ie. goth, gay, racial extremeists etc.
