          Baseball is a good sport for kids to play. Its pretty safe and they learn team work. Baseball for when they are young, and football when they get older. :)

            Well I grew up playing soccer, that's what I was thinking. If he see's it or has friends in it and wants to, then of course I will let him.

                Just don't let the little guy pitch - it's a terribly unnatural movement and can really lead to bad things for a child as they get older...

                      I always feel sorry for the kids that get stuck in the outfield. If you havn't ever seen 3 and 4 year olds play soccer, it's the cutest thing. They all just run around kicking the ball in which ever direction trying to score. It kind of looks like a constant scrum. It gives a chance for everyone to run around having fun, instead of standing there being bored waiting for the ball to get hit towards them. Then the kids only get like 2-3 chances to bat.
