Drug Test question

On a standard pre-employment drug screen, would Topamax (to controll migraines) show up on a urine analysis? I don't think it would, but just checking.

I would say no. It's not a narcotic or rec drug. Also if you have a script for it, it dosn't matter anywyas.

nope, they're very straightforward in what they test, because going after everything else would be prohibitively expensive. they're typically only looking for marijuana, opiates of any kind, and certain scheduled stimulants such as cocaine, meth, etc.

Thanks. My buddy has a pre-employment drug screen coming up. I would volunteer my urine, but I smoke a J once in a while with friends on the weekends. My g/f takes Topamax but does not smoke. He has one of those whizzanator things to where it keeps the urine at 98.6F running off of D cell batteries. He's nervous about using the synthetic urine again, so I'll get her to pee in something for him.

On another note, if a person was to freeze urine, how long can it be froze? What about keeping it in the refrigerator? Will urine go "bad" if you let it sit out too long? Thanks!!

Dude dont have your girlfriend piss for him there are certain chemicals in girls piss that are diff than a guys. My dumbass brother tried to pull this and they came back and told him he was all clean and tested negative for any type of drugs, but unfortunately he was pregnant. Man that kid was a piece of work.

And she really wasnt pregnant they were just messing with him.

Why would he want to do all of this because he takes Topamax? I dont understand. He wont get in trouble for taking something that is legal and he has a script for. Seems like there is something you arent telling us..

My buddy smokes pot once in a while. He didn't expect to get fired and now has an upcoming interview that will probably go well. I smoke maybe once a week, so he can't use mine. My g/f does not smoke, only drug she takes is topamax. He's trying to get out of having to buy concentrated synthetic urine which he has used several times in the past.

I have heard the infamous story of a guy using a girl's piss and it coming back prego. I know my g/f is not prego in any way. Hormone levels are different from what I read in male and female urine, but there are too many factors that can cause that to distinguish a gender difference in urine.
