To get out of the friend zone can be very difficult. No one wants to loose a good friend they can talk to and confide in. Espeacially if you are the only one she really goes to when she needs someone to talk to. But pretty much you can't be subtle about your feelings. You will need to tell her straight out. Tell her how you feel right now and see what she thinks. Don't lay it on strong or in way that makes you sound in love, but do be honest. Once you do, if she dosn't feel the same, you will have to be extra carefull not to act in any way that can be taken as flirtacious(sp) for a while. If you are fine with still being just friends. If she does want to see what's there you should take the realtionship very slow. If you go to fast it will freak her out and make her feel confused. Confused, if the feelings she is having is just the closeness of friends or enjoying how things are developing. She would back out affraid that the emotional swing will be to strong and she will loose someone she needs in her life more than a relatonship.

To answer the first question, Slayer I used to have a Specialized HardRock Comp 2. After six years I decided to get a new one and about two moths ago I bought a Giant Trance 3. It's an awesome bike for the money,I mean don't get me wrong it wasn't a cheap purchase for a bike. It has dual suspension, dual hydrolic disc brakes,27 speed(not that I use that many gears.) and whole bunch of other stuff. I am love in it.:)
OK and Shibby thanks for the great advice. I am doing the exact same thing. Take in it very slow and just trying to show her how I feel without being to blunt or to agressive.
This question going to jack Slayer's thread so I am going to open a new thread and talk about it more.

Have fun on the bike trip, take some pictures and post them if you get a chance.

Yep I have the exact same bike. I changed the tires to more aggresive downhill tires, upgraded the seat and put grab bars at the end of the handle bar. I am not going tomorrow morning so I can't post any pictures but here is some info from my friends onboard computer. This was two weeks ago. That little thing is awesome this should give you some idea about the trail.

Master Diver, thinking about becoming a Divemaster. Do you know the requirements to become one through PADI?
Ujung Kulon which is located in the west most tip of Java, Indonesia. It’s a protected park, I went there for a study a few years ago, virtually untouched by humans.
Unlimited visibility and great water conditions.
Indonesia is my top pick.
How about you?

nice...
becoming a DM though PADI requires the pre recs of Rescue Diver cert and 60 completed dives, first aid, a course (obviously...though i'd reccomend not doing it on vacation if you really want to work in the industry, do it somewhere where time isn't so much of a limiting factor if you can), various swim/snorkle/rescue tests. Unoficially, depending on where you're working/learning, it also requires the ability to haul tanks, fill them, pilot the boat, sell to customers, deal with first time divers and their runnaway ascents by putting your own life at risk, and on courses, looking at people rather than fish and coral. The plus side is that you can work on vacation and the respect you get from shops once you're there...My gf and I dove and stayed for a week free in Honduras because I helped out a bit when I got there.
I live in Vancouver BC, which has great, if cold diving and I really love it here...there are a few spots here that are amazing but my best day of diving has to be Playa del Coco on the Pacific side of Costa Rica. Schools of rays everywhere, it was awesome. Man, I'm beginning to pine for the ocean again...it's the only thing that calms me more than the gym.

I've heard good things about Kwajalein. A bit out of the way and might be a pain (and expensive) to get to but I've heard that it is pristine and has a lot of WWII sunken history.Originally posted by slayer of soulsUjung Kulon which is located in the west most tip of Java, Indonesia.
