i guess i was being clumpsy today. Woke up like at 1:30pm today, ate, headed off to the gym at 2:45 or so.
It was leg day. I didnt lift weights all last week due to spring break. I started stretching and all. The a quick warm up set on the leg extensions.
I started my workouts with supersetting squats and leg extensions. As soon as i was finished, i headed to the hack squat machine.
I was fine, until i started loading up the weights. All of a sudden, i my hands were a bit slippery and being clumpsy, i droppped the 45 plate. All i hear was a boom sound, thing landed right on my top part of foot. Then i jumped to avoid hitting my other foot, thats when i almost tripped, so i bang my kneee to some machine there and scrap my knee. The place wasnt that full, but my buddies were like "are you ok". Fk i just played it off like as if nothing, but oh boy the pain was there. I wanted to continue working out but i started limping, couldnt walk properly. So i had to sit down and wait up on my sister who was almost done. But the pain sucked, never happed to me before since i always watch the weights and when i rack them to avoid accidents. Being clumpsy and going to the gym aint good.
I iced it down right now, see how it goes. The foot is swelled up a bit but guess the ice worked. Im going to see a friend later on who is a radiologist to see what he thinks of it.
But damn it scared the shit out of me. I was like damn what if i messed it up bad.
