I fucking hate Tampa. Dirty, crowded, too much traffic, poor zoning, etc...

Bouncer, I almost ate at Pat's on Sunday, I played in a softball game on the field right by Pat's and Geno's. There's this place Vincenzo's right outside Philly that makes a MASSIVE cheesesteak, about a foot long, with so much cheese (and oil) that it soaks the roll if you don't eat it fast

Is Vincenzo's in South Jersey, (Glassboro). If its the one im thinking of, I have been there a few times. Used to get Ostrich steak there believe it or not.

no...don't follow boxing, but I'll look around for your buddy, I'm sure someone at work follows it, and knows more than just Bernard Hopkins, I can ask...the Vincenzo's I'm thinking of is in Bensalem, but I'm sure there are lots of Vincenzo's in the area. There are great mom-and-pop restaurants on every corner, though

Beale street in Memphis is a little over 1000 feet long and there isn't really that much to see: and in Tennessee they don't like it when you drink! I know I'm from middle Tn.
We moved to Tampa 3 years ago when real estate was affordable and houses were selling before the sign went up. Now alot of my neighbors haven't even gotten a call about their houses they are trying to sell...I guess everybody is trying to profit on the boom. We're trying to move to knoxville, tn where you can get a bling bling house with acreage for what a typical house here in Tampa sells for. Not to mention the taxes in Tn are waaaayyy more cheaper than here. For example: we pay double in car insurance here, triple boat insurance, in tn we paid, (3 years ago) $800 bucks a year on house taxes for a bigger house in the city limits and here we pay $4200 a year on taxes alone for a 2000 sq ft bottom of the line "house." Damn, we even pay $50 bucks a month on insurance for a fucking trampoline in our back yard! We're hoping the boom resumes and we'll sell this cracker box for a mansion in (albeit colder) Tennessee!
