How the hell are you going to start a game at 10pm (PT)

With such a decline in baseball's popularity you would think that the MLB would put more thought into this. The game is so slow and long as it is; How do they expect anyone to watch it. It was on a 2 hour rain delay. With a game with the magnitude of SF vs LA Dodgers, they should have looked at the weather a little closer and planned an earlier start time just because of it.
