New Katana 600r. I have wanted a bike for so long and after riding a friends 900r Tuesday I said that i was coming home with a bike today. I wanted a bigger bike but this one will do for now. I didnt get to take any pics because by the time i got home it was already dark but i will have some up tomm. Anyone know of a good site that makes custom parts and accessories for decents prices???

There's forums for bikes out there like this one is for bodybuilding. I would check there. Most those people either have stuff to sell themselves or will know of great places.

I personally don't care for the looks of a Katana and over all. I would have goten a year or two old gsxr for the same price.

Well, a katana is a little more comfortable on the passenger than a gsxr. I wasnt in it for the speed and all that. I just wanted a bike to ride. If i were as rich as some of you fuckers then i would have just gotten the gsx1300r but i am on that college kid budget.lol But i couldnt beat the deal tho. I got a 4 year warranty and the bike only costed me $3200.00.

Dont be too jealous. It has rained all day and i havent got to ride it but from the dealership to my house which was like 30 mins. Damn mother-nature!

That's funny, it reminds me of when my friend got his first bike(the guys bikes I use to ride). We lived in Dallas and it had snowed the day before. It snows in Dallas like once every two years. The streets were pretty clean but there was ice patches so we had to rent a trailer to go pick it up.
