Erik Bedard has had a very nice start to the season but he's really not much better than Ted Lilly, if at all. Baltimore is not the kind of team you want to back at around even money on the road. Furthermore, the TOR offense is deadly at home and TOR has a serious bullpen advantage. Composite OPS: BAL hitters v. Lilly: .695 (Tejada 2-11; Mora 2-11; Roberts 1-13, there's 3 huge boppers who can't stand up against Lilly); TOR v. Bedard .840. BAL this season v. LHP: .176 average, .155 on the road. Lilly in TOR v. BAL: 2-0, 15 IP, 2 ER. This line is being affected by hype about Bedard. All systems are go for a TOR win here.
