Having trouble getting images off my phone

I baught the cord to take pictures and videos to my computer. I have installed the software it said. I can't get it to work or can't find the option to take the stuff off my phone.

Try Howardforums.com. They have forums for just about every phone manufacturer and I am sure someone over there would have advice.

ok, so the shit I downloaded from cingular wasn't what I needed. I needed to purchas additional software from motorola.

You need a software called Motorola Phone Tools. Google for it - lots of places have it for about $20.

Sure... no problem. I just bought it myself to synchronize my Outlook contacts with my phone.
