He was here in town for some fitness shit at a local huge gym, probably a bb show or something. I missed the thing because I had to do things and all. But around 3pm I was in the mall and i was just walking with my girl and saw this jacked up dude walking towards us. Then as he got closer, I was like damn thats Aaron Maddron with a fitness chicks, looked like his girlfriend. The dude was jacked, he made me look like a twig next to him. But I guess people inside the mall didnt regognize him or something but i did. The guy looked serious as he was walking, a dude i wouldnt like to mess with. Seeing people like that motivates me more to lift more weights and achieve my goals.

The only pro's I have seen are Quincy Taylor and Paul Dillet. Dillet was in a track suit, so he didn't look that huge, but Taylor had a sleeveless shirt on and I almost shit my pants when I saw the size of his arms. It is pretty cool when you see these guys standing next to an average size person.Comment

my friend recently went worked out with Madrone aka "Mr. Intensity". He spoke very highly at how friendly he was to everyone who walked by him in the gym.....Comment

my friend goes to Madrone's gym in Medford OR. Several of my friend went up and hit the iron with him. I am hoping to make it up there in the next week or two.....Comment
