He has been slipping a lot...first the elbow injury, probably hampered all upper body excersises for a good while. Then the groin pull, which nullified leg workouts and cardio. Anyone'd look like shit if they were hurt that often. There are risks to carrying far more muscle than your body was meant to carry, especially when you're wrestling.
