Hahaha...Shibby is out of the states...maybe they won't let him back in! :P

Good luck on the wedding Bro and don't hit the vodka to hard. That seemed to be the drink of choice Friday night, bachelor party night and night before the wedding day. I hate the stuff myself, but as we were out and about in the limo going around town, people kept bringing me shots of that shit. Yuck!

Don't know if you've said this or not yet, but how's the weather?

                Hot/Cold/Humid/Rainy

And is the wedding inside or outside? (Guess that depends on the 1st question huh)

The weather is great. Some light rain here and there, but It's low to mid 70's and no humid. The wedding will be in a church, but the reception is indoor and outdoor.

It's about 8:30 am now. The wedding was so much fun and the church was beautiful. We couldn't get the cd drive fixed so I will have to show you pictures when I get home. So it started off that the horse carriage picked us up at the house and took us to the church. We get there and everyone is outside waiting for us. We enter the first part of the church and then everyone else goes past us and take thier seats. The priest comes to us and walks us to the front of the church and our witness's follow. We sit in seats right in the middle at the end of the isle and our witness's sit behind us. Then the whole ceramony goes and I said my vowes in Polish. Everyone said I did very well. They understood every word. Then we leave and go outside and there is this group singing and playing music native to the area. People throwing rice... They also throw coins on the ground and we pick it all up. Easily over a hundred coins. We took a few pictures from the steps going up to the church of everyone there (about 50 people). Then everyone lined up to tell us congratulations and who ever brought something (flowers or money) also gave it too us. The guests were told not to get us wedding presents since it would either be too hard to bring it back or if it's electric it wouldn't work in the states. Next the horse carriage took us to the reception and everyone walked behind us. When we get there I picked up my wife and carried her inside to her parents. We ate some bread with salt (can't remember the meaning of it) and made a toast and broke the glasses on the ground. We then sat down and ate some food. People made a few toasts during that, but from this point forward it was with warm vodka. Didn't taste too bad, it is better than russian vodka. There was lots of dancing and a few games that the guests played where my wife and I were the judges. After midnight there was a time where they announce that to dance with the bride or groom you had to pay money, to go towards our honeymoon. The tradition is either for a honeymoon of for a future child. Well we already have one, so... :) Well I had these three ladies that were like battling with each other to dance with me. Oh antime you paid money you would dance with the bride or groom until someone else did. So the dance could be a minute or so, and it could be 10 seconds. It's not a lot of money, what ever coins they had. Value to the US is less than a dollar a dance to give you an idea. But we made about $30. We then cut the cake, the night just went forward with dancing and drinking until about 3:30am. Went to sleep until about 10am then we had to get up to go to my wife's grandma's. Here everyone that was still in town ate and drank some more. We stayed there until about 5pm. We came home and I went straight to bed. I didn't wake upi until around 7am today. I'm sure there is a few more things, but I will remember them later.

One was older. It was a girl about 15 years old, <--- her mom :D and another lady about 30. Those were the main ones going back and forth where I was changing every 10 seconds it seemed like for the last minute and a half of the song.

                            Congratulations!

The partaking of the salt represents the establishment of a covenant and loyalty forever. It is a common theme in various cultures. The reason is that salt does not spoil, has pretty much infinite lifetime and is used for preservation of things that do spoil, so it is a metaphor for a bond that is everlasting.
