check this out, i dont know if this is bad or noth when it comes to bodybuilding. Im a college student and i had my daily routine going. I was waking up at 7am and eating breakfest by 7:30.
The thing is now thats school is over, i usually wake up at 8 and then go back to sleep, on and off till its like 10:30 or 11 A.M. When I wake up at 8 i am usually hungry and go back to sleep. SO when I wake up at 10 or 11 A.M. im hungry as hell.
Could this affect me muscle wise as in not gaining properly or just jepordizing my gains. I still manange to eat my 7-8 meals a day and all. I was just wondering.
I remember back then someone made a thread on something similiar but couldnt find it, so i made one.
