played absolutely terrible... cze played well too

need ghana to score and tie italy 1-1
then we need to blow both of them out of the water to get to the second round

if we continue to play the way we did to today, we might as well pack our bags now

edit: Italy just scored again... dumbass defender for ghana

We have to beat Italy to stay alive. That was a horrible performance. It's one thing to lose a game, and another thing to not show up.

No worries, you have a couple of good ex Leeds players (where I was from); Kewell, Big Dukes, then Cahill etc

It's pretty exciting for us downunder. Australia hasn't made the world cup since 1974, which ironicly was in West Germany, & Tim Cahill is the first to ever score a goal for Australia in a world cup final. To qualify turned the nation upside down. To win the first game has just made the country go insane. Regardless of how far the Socceroo's go, they have already won to us!

Thats the spirit :bbq: , we expect too much in England and we're too harsh when we don't get it. Not gonna mention the rugby LOL

We don't expect too much from the Football team because they havn't really done too well at that level. So anything is a bonus. But the Rugby boys, Well! Now we expect everything & more from them. 2nd place just isnt good enough. And boy dosnt time fly. A little over 1 year to go till France. Next September i'm off on one of those 3 weeks tours off Europe. When it was announced we would go, we didn't even think World Cup. September was just the most appropriate time for us all to go. Then someone yelled, FRANCE, IN SEPTEMBER. And it clicked! AWESOME!! Now we just gotta try get tickets. Havn't even looked into it yet. Where the heck do I start?

Try your national rugby union for legit advice on tickets, but if your none too fussed just turn up and speak to a few touts

We are so hyped for the match against Brazil. Our boys need to pull some serious footwork out of the oven to keep up with the likes of Ronaldinho. They have put a huge focus on improving the socceroos fitness. I think that will be a huge bonus against Brazil.

Good luck against Italy to most of you guys. And hopefully Ghana beats the Czechs!
