Raiders Suck!

I think the Raiders are finding out that Gruden was responsible for both the Bucs and the Raiders making it to the Super Bowl. The Raiders are the same team and they stink all of a sudden? I don't think Porter is that much of a reason for them not playing well. Gruden is the real reason.
