I think it is awesome that Haynes is DS-Cousins buddy. I do think that Bisping is the real deal and is going to push Haynes's shit in though.

525 is alot but I think it is one of the safer bets on the board.

I'm sure all these guys are thinking shammy is a punk. I think it'd be cool to see one of them vs shammy. LOL

It was a good final, I felt for Haynes as he didn't get the same contract offer Ed did, even though they both lost. Maybe Randy Couture had a word on Ed's behalf or something. That annoys me a bit the same as when Rory let himself get choked, it didn't suprise me, ed had Randy Couture in the audience, not fair that would phsyc most people out!

Bispin did well although I'd love to see hime get tested, and for me there's only one real deal in England and thats 'the machine Freeman'

He smashed Frank Mir a few years back when Mir was 'the one' but he's genuine and respects his opponents

I'm going to watch him in Cage Rage 17, this saturday in Wembley Arena, London

That was the first time I really watched UFC, and it was really good. Great fighting. I find myself really getting into it. Can't wait to see more.

I'm looking forward to watching Ortiz retire Shamrock next weekend.

saw my boy Josh day after, he was in good spirits since he was trying to be supportive for my stuff too. he'll be back, he has more heart than anyone and you can all agree with that.

ED and Kendall's fight was reaally close they both put up one hell of a fight. So I think they both deserved it just as much as the other.

Josh on the other hand has a big heart but he just took a good beating. I think it would have been insulting to Bisbing if he got a contract also.
