Don't get me wrong I hate violence generally, but when theres proper safety measures in place and strict sporting rules and good referee's in a controled environment I've got full respect for them and love to watch.

I've done kickboxing, but I voted for JuJitsu becasue I have been very interested in it.

I think boxing is boring now that I've seen UFC and K1, I thing boxing will eventually dissapear as a sport in isolation

Well, not in any way inspired by the Rado jibe above I went to Brazilian Jui Jitsu last night, the warm up nearly killed me LOL! all these little guys stretching this way and that, I can't even scratch my back.

The instructor was cool for a little guy, he's done no holds barred fights and was trained at Rocian Gracie school of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He was trying to teach an kimodo or whatever, some kind of arm lock, from side mount but he couldn't get his hands round my arm LOL.

It was good fun though, I'll be doing it again

I've done my share of BJJ/grappling, but I voted for UFC because it combines all possible skills.
