I remember I used to get so pissed off in the morning when GI Joe was on at 8:00 and I had to be to school at 8:30 so I could never see the whole thing. Ahhh the things that used to be important.

Some good memories in this thread. I go back a bit further than most here probably (will be 32 in just a few days). I actually remember when cartoons started at 6am and went on into the afternoon. Then, in the afternoon, you could watch at least 4 hours of different wrestling shows.

Yep, wrestling was too cool back then - I even had friends who had "play" wrestling arenas in their basements...

See, I thought wrestling sucked back then. There was only 1 main event and all the rest were no names..

                I watched Tail Spin! And ThunderCats and VOLTRON! I'm also a 1/2 80's 1/2 90's kid (I'm 30 now). Loved NKOTB!

Heard something like what our kids will have on thier list.

They'll never not know what it's like:

                to not have a computer
                to not have DVD's
                to not have satalite radio
                to not have cell phone
to not have an mp3 player

it's so funny to think that all that didn't exist in my house when I was under 10!

I remember watching Clint Eastwood in Firefox, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle movie, the A-Team, Hawaii Five-O, Knight Rider, Magnum PI, and William Shatner and Heather Locklear in TJ Hooker.

Remember when the Yankees sucked? When Joe Carter homered off Mitch Williams? When Chuck Knoblauch was a rookie on the Twins' World Series team? Or even, "Lets Go Mets" in 1986 when they won the World Series??? Or the Bulls first three-peat, when everyone wore a Michael Jordan #23 jersey?
