Was doing abs the other day and my lower abs cramped for about 30 seconds. Felt like hell. Todays was doing legs and felt like my hamstrings were going to cramp at any minute.
Its been in the 100's here pretty much all week but I have been drinking about a gal and a half of water a day and making sure I get extra potassium etc..
The only thing that I can think of that is different is that I have restricted cals for the last month or so and my bf% is around 9% right now. This time last month it was around 10.5% and I had no cramps. Could such a small change in bf% play a role in cramps?
