Ok, so I play on the golf team at a small divison 2 school in SC. Anyway, I'm a junior now, and my coach put me in my roomate in charge of overseeing the freshman in their weightlifting sessions. (Yes, I know, golfers lifting weights seems stupid) Anyway, getting past that, the fun part of this is, coach has given us full authority to punish the freshmen however we want if they miss weightlifting. (Within reason of course, no hazing or anything like that) My buddy suggested just running the shit outta them, but I would really like to be more creative than that. I can vaguely remember some of the things we would have to do in the weightroom when we missed high school football practice. Any suggestions for punishments, preferably weightroom or running related, that would make these guys never want to be late again?? (Short of something that would actually injure them that is)
