I was 18, Stromba was 20. Tomorrow we'll be married 19 yrs. :D Everyone said we were too young, bla bla bla, but we just knew it was right. We've had some tough times but I think the reason we got over them was because we tried together, neither one of us is selfish or self centered.

I think for most people 18/20 is pretty young to get married, but if deep down you feel that it's the right thing to do, then do it. With the shoe on the other foot...don't ever just settle because you feel you're getting too old. Life is better alone than in a bad marriage.

Finding someone who can be your best friend and be sexually attracted to seems to be a pretty big key on keeping it together happily...that and a lot of patience and no ego trips.

I was engaged at 22 and 30, got cold feet both times. In hindsight glad I did. Married at 35, its bumpy but overall good. Toughest was the first year. My advice: Be patient and smash all biological clocks.
