ESPN had an article addressed the A-Rod issue. The things that I thought were odd were:

    1) Giambi telling ARod that he needs to get the big hits when he is hitting .250 which is 35 pts lower than ARod. Which is higher his batting avg. or his weight?
    2) ARod saying..."[Mike] Mussina doesn't get hammered at all," he told SI. "He's making a boatload of money. Giambi's making [$20.4 million], which is fine and dandy, but it seems those guys get a pass. When people write [bad things] about me, I don't know if it's [because] I'm good-looking, I'm biracial, I make the most money, I play on the most popular team ..."

Well ARod, they keep their mouths shut, and a couple of years ago when Giambi was on pretty ill he was being criticized. Also, what do you expect when you make $25 million/year?

Also, what is up with your biracial statement? I don't think your teammates care what color you are as long as you're doing your job. The only thing that seems remotely close is when you chose to play w/the US at the beginning of the season instead of Peurto Rico. Not sure of your status, but there is a difference between being multi-national & biracial. You're as misinformed as Hurley!

Anyway, yes, the Yankees have the best record, but I'm not going to be surprised to see them unravel. Yes, I'm anti-Yankee thus my slant. Here is the article: Giambi, Torre get tough with A-Rod

I just read this article this morning. What a deuchbag. Yeah, sure Gay-rod, everyone is jealous of your looks/nationality/money/team. What an egocentric prick. Those things are obviously important to him, so he doesn't understand why everyone's criticizing him. Nobody's jealous of you asshole. He's not paid that kind of money because he's a biracial pretty boy. He's paid that kind of money because he's expected to produce. Wash off the mascara and lipstick and take off the lace panties and play fuckin baseball.

I hate that SOB with a passion! He gets paid all this money by these teams...Texas, Seattle, New York....and they hope this one guy will win them a world series. Bullsh!t...when you do that you make other players on the team feel as though they aren't worth that kind of money, and basically not as good a player. The curse of A-Rod has fell on New York and I hope it stays there. The POS just isn't worth the money he gets paid!
