After my last show I had a large pizza delivered to the show. I ate all but 2 slices. Then I had 2 pints of Ben and Jerry's ice cream. 1 candy bar. And to top it off I ate 4 peanut butter and jelly sandwhiches. Felt like total shit for 2 days!! I laid on the floor because I felt like I was going to throw up and kept shoving my mouth with food. I'm an idot!!
